Ferran Adria is coming to Australia for the second time to promote a book " A Day at El Bulli: An insight into the ideas, methods and creativity of Ferran Adria". Ferran is known for his revolution of molecular gastronomy into modern day cuisine and his Michelin star restaurant in Spain. It has been seven years since he has graced us with his presence. He will be giving talks in Melbourne in October, tickets will be on sale soon. View video of Ferran at El Bulli.
