Melburnians will be able to see gastronomy at it's very best at the Taste of Melbourne festival running from Thursday 21st- Sunday 24th of August 2008 at the Royal exhibition buildings.
The four day event includes 13 of Melbourne's finest restaurants dishing up there signature dishes as well as cooking and wine demonstrations and produce markets.
Participating in the event are Circa and The Stokehouse of St Kilda, Prahan's Jacques Reymond, Southbank's Nobu Melbourne, South Yarra's Grossi Florentino, Three, One, Two, The Press Club, Verge, Fifteen, The Botanical, The Courthouse, Verge and Longrain.
Melbourne is the seventh city to host the "Taste" series, which begun in the UK in 2004 with Taste London.
