The video shows a daily scene of cheese maker and a farmer in their typical slow and slightly grumpy behavior. They are proud and pleased having obtained the AOC for their Emmentaler cheese, but life goes on like before: from fresh raw milk they produce Emmentaler AOC in highest quality as ever. The only difference: now the cheese can be labeled with the governmentally approved and protected AOC-label.
